ABOUT THE VILLA
The electronically gated villa is located on approximately one acre of oceanfront landscaped tropical gardens in a very private guarded gatedcommunity 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and very close to the new Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita.

Casa Canta Rana is a new contemporary Mexican beach villa on a bluff overlooking the north shore of the Bay of Banderas blending the best ofmodern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. There is a private beach with access from the house. There are miles of beach andgreat swimming, snorkeling and surfing in front of the villa.

There is a completely private Palapa with built in furniture and phone on the way to the beach. Casa Canta Rana has a 45' free form heated poolbetween the ocean and the house surrounded by stone patios and shaded areas with furniture and a wet bar. The Jacuzzi overlooks the coastline.The pool and Jacuzzi are both tiled with Italian glass tiles.

The villa has a very open floor plan but all rooms can be closed with sliding glass walls and are individually air conditioned. All rooms haveunobstructed views to the Bay and Puerto Vallarta and the Marietta Islands. Casa Canta Rana is located near the entrance of the bay so that it isprotected but still enjoys the feel of the open Pacific Ocean.

The villa consists of three suites all with private outside terraces. All have marble baths and one has an indoor and outdoor shower and privatesunning area. Two suites are on the second floor and they share a Palapa with built in sofa. One suite is on the ground level with direct access tothe gardens and pool.

The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters and mahogany cabinetry. All appliances that you could expect are available. The kitchen willseat six and the outdoor dinning palapa will seat eight to ten. There is state of the art water purification and all tap water is potable.

There are separate quarters with bedroom, kitchen and bath for those traveling with their own staff.Airport transfers, additional staff, cooking staff, liquor and food provisions can be provided upon request at additional cost. The villa includesmaid service, gardener, and pool service

RATES
Low Season - May 1 to Oct 30 - $1200.00 per night
High Season - Nov 1 to Apr 30 - $1450.00 per night
Holidays - Dec 20 to Jan 5 & Easter Week - $1800.00 per night

DEPOSITS
50% deposit required to confirm reservation - balance due 60 days prior to arrival or by special arrangement
$1000.00 refundable deposit for phone usage and property damage.

CANCELLATIONS
A full refund, less a $200.00 service charge for cancellations received 60 or more days prior to arrival. If yoiu cancel within 60 days and we are able to re-rent the house all or part of the time the amount of the new rental will be refunded to you.
